Nissan is the first car company to apply an 'ecolabel' to its cars.
Could this be the start of an independent car labelling system?
Nissan has set a bar of 140g/km CO2. Cars that emit less than this amount of CO2 will qualify for the label. Said a Nissan rep: “We need to make crystal clear the credentials of our products.” We couldn't agree more!
