Nissan Pure Drive

Nissan is the first car company to apply an ‘ecolabel’ to its cars. This could be the start of an independent car labelling system?

The key difference here is Nissan has set a bar of 140g/km. Cars that emit less than this amount of CO2 will qualify for the label.

Said a Nissan rep: “We need to make crystal clear the credentials of our products.”
