The RECS International Quality Standard is for electricity suppliers that want to prove that they indeed supply electricity from renewable energy sources. Also, the Quality Standard is the proof for consumers that they consume electricity generated by renewable energy sources. In both cases, the Quality Standard gives proof of the origin of the green electricity.
